The establishment is clean and staff very friendly, but it's overpriced and there isn't a wide selection of ice cream or toppings. You go into a place like Baskin Robbins,Carvel, or Coldstone and you have all your heart desires in toppings, but here it's just mediocre...nothing much that a children would love like having different candies to choose from. The waffle is made fresh to order and is good, but nothing that would make me want to come back when I have a sweet tooth. Also... they're hours of operation are hit or miss. I went there on Sunday around 5:30 And they weren't open...when the website states they close at 7. I had to come back a couple days later as I had 3 Groupons to redeem, another disappointment is you can't redeem more that 1 Groupon per visit and my family consist of 3...I had to pay cash for an extra waffle which was $12.
